How It Works

A QR Code on Every Keg. A Data Trail That Never Stops.

Kegscapade affixes a durable QR or NFC tag to every keg you ship. Every time it's scanned — at pickup, delivery, tap, or return — that event is logged to your dashboard. You get a live map of your entire fleet, from your loading dock to the last pour. Breweries recover kegs. Distributors cut audit time. Bars keep their tap lists accurate. Beer drinkers know what's in their glass.

Our Process

What Defines Us

Principles that guide our daily work

1. Tag It

We send you industrial-grade QR and NFC tags. Apply them once. They survive keg washing, refrigeration, and the chaos of a busy bar — rated for commercial keg washing temperatures and pressure cycles.

2. Track It

Your distributor scans on pickup and delivery. The bar scans when a keg goes on tap. Every scan is automatic, timestamped, and location-tagged. The driver app is a single tap — NFC means no camera needed.

3. Know It

Your dashboard shows every keg, every account, every scan — in real time. Overdue kegs get flagged. Slow-moving product gets surfaced. Stale beer gets caught before it reaches a glass.

For Breweries

Live keg map, overdue alerts, batch traceability, sell-through by account, and demand forecasting. Know where every keg is and get them back. One brewery recovered 40 kegs in their first month — Kegscapade paid for itself before they finished onboarding.

For Distributors

Driver scan app, real-time account inventory, automated return triggers, compliance-ready logs, and route optimization. Cut manual inventory audits from hours to almost nothing. The data's just there.

For Bars & Beer Drinkers

Bars get a self-updating tap list with a single script tag — or a free hosted page at kegscapade.com/taplist/your-bar. Drinkers scan the keg QR and see freshness, the full journey, brewery story, and earn rewards. No app. No signup.
